Pardot Snippets allow for one central record for the disclaimer, utilized across all of the templates. How to Use Pardot Snippets
Setting up Pardot Snippets can be a bit tricky to set up the first time but once set up they are easy to use. You can find more information on the official Pardot Salesforce help documentation site.
Add the Snippets tab to your app tabs.
If you don’t see Snippets as an available tab ask your Salesforce Administrator to unhide the tab for your user profile.
Select “New” from the Snippets page
Give your Snippet a name and choose your Snippet type from the picklist. In my case, I am using Text. Then save your Pardot Snippet.
Related Lists. This is where it is less intuitive.
On the page layout for the Snippets object add the “Assignments” related list to the page.
On the page layout for the Campaign object (not Pardot Campaigns) add the “Snippet Assignments” related list to the page.
Create a campaign the Snippet will be used for if not already created.
On the Campaign page add a new Snippet from a previously created Snippet in the related list section.
Lastly, promise, navigate to your Pardot email template.
Place your cursor where the Snippet will reside. Click the Merge Field button
